I have had a very similar experience, with a similar demographic. So far no deaths among work colleagues, but a fair amount of sick time and doctor appointments.
However both of my daughter's kindergarten teachers died last year in very typical fashion, one just died suddenly, the other had heart failure followed by turbo pancreatic cancer.
how many people total in your workplace? The 3 year mortality (depending on many factors) is 1/1000-1/400ish. So if your workplace is fewer than 400, it's not likely for you to observe an injection death, at least not yet.

The NICU is full of preterm babies and has been for months.
My family on the east coast continue lining up and don't believe me. It's both strange and very sad.
