Following up on where this ended up:
During the day yesterday, the trending of #vaccineinjuries and #vaccinesideeffects peaked and then receded — these are estimates of tweets with those tags per hour:
#vaccineinjuries though it appears nearly reached 1 Hz frequency. In the morning, as the wave climbed, #vaccineinjuries was visible in twitter as trending. In the afternoon though, it was no longer there — many observed it no longer listed, having seen it enter the top 10 (saw a report as high as #6, but haven’t verified this). Did somebody pull the plug? Or is the peak and decline above a measure of attention span? While the wave was rolling this was the sort of thing being tweeted:
And it appears the wave swept over more than just the US:
We at least joined in, quote retweeting with these hashtags maybe a dozen relevant past tweets by substackers recommended here. Hopefully some of those were seen. We also pulled down this week’s VAERS dataset1, tallied up some counts and added this to the wave in a few places:
Hopefully there are a now a few more people who ask questions. Hopefully there are more now knowing they’re not wrong to be suspicious.
