Legal system perhaps coming up a bit short?

Haven’t really been following the news all that closely lately, and apparently there was something involving Hunter Biden today. A question sprung out in my timeline a bit ago: John Cullen suggested the gun depicted in one of the infamous Hunter laptop pics might not have been the one referenced in the indictment he was convicted of.

Here is the relevant piece of the indictment:

Apparently though, according to John Cullen, he may have been holding a Beretta at the time.

So I figured maybe it helpful to add in the gun in the indictment into the photo he posted for a side by side comparison.

I do think they may have come up a bit short on this one.
